Remove cap from bottle and fill clean bottle to fill line with distilled water. You may warm the water in the bottle without the cap in a microwave in increments of 510 seconds. Times may vary. 3. Open a Sinex Saline Packet and pour contents into bottle. 4. To use vertically, attach tube to cap, then tighten cap on bottle securely. To use inverted, tighten cap on bottle without tube. 5. Attach and close nozzle. Gently shake bottle until packet contents have completely dissolved. 6. Open nozzle and adjust to preferred saline flow rate. 7. Lean over sink and tilt head down. Keeping mouth open, place open nozzle against nostril while continuing to breathe. Squeeze bottle gently until solution starts draining from opposite nostril. Repeat for other nostril..
