Electric Fan Wiring Kit Electric Fan Relay Kit with Thermost Kit relay ZOZOMOTORS para electroventilador, con rele de 40 A y 12 V. Compatible con ventiladores de refrigeracion de 10, 12, 14 y 16 pulgadas. El interruptor termico enciende el ventilador aproximadamente a 185 F y lo apaga a 175 F. Se recomienda usar un termostato de 160 grados con uno superior, como uno de 180 grados, el ventilador podria no apagarse y el motor no enfriarse lo suficiente. Incluye un rele de 40 A, arnes de cables, interruptor de temperatura, adaptador de rosca de 38 pulgadas a 12 pulgadas, portafusible en linea impermeable, fusibles, un conector tipo pala para el sensor, cuatro terminales de anillo y dos conectores de cable. El sensor estilo OE puede montarse en la culata o en una camisa de agua. Para funcionar, debe hacer masa a traves de la rosca hacia el motor, y el motor debe tener masa. Los cables estan identificados por color y se incluye un diagrama rojo al positivo de bateria de 12 V DC, cafe al positivo del ventilador, negro al sensor y gris al encendido. Para una instalacion de dos ventiladores se necesitan dos kits. Para ventiladores de perfil alto, se recomienda un relay de servicio pesado o crimpar y soldar cables mas grandes en los pines 30 y 87 se indican cable de calibre 10 y 30 A.
All wires are clearly labeled and colorcoded. And an easytofollow wiring diagram is included in the package. RED to 12VDC positive battery terminal, COFFEE to Fan Positive, BLACK to Sending Unit, GREY to Ignition per wiring diagram. Direct replacement part fits 10, 12, 14, and 16 inch cooling fans.
