Su superficie de sellado ampliada ayuda a lograr un contacto firme con la junta y un buen sellado de agua sin cinta selladora de roscas. El acabado multicapa de niquel y cromo ofrece resistencia a la corrosion y a los rayones. El acero inoxidable ofrece resistencia a la corrosion a largo plazo, incluso en agua dura y agua termal.
